1.Payment
A 25% deposit will secure your reservation and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
If the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Failure to settle the account may result in the reservation being cancelled and the loss of the reservation deposit.The booking will be void and the cancellation charges (see note 8) will apply. Reminders will not be sent except for the balance due date with the receipt of the booking form and deposit.
2.Arrival
Arrival should be after 2pm unless agreed otherwise.
3.Access
We will provide details of access to the home upon receipt of the payment of balance.
4.Departure
Departure should be before 10.00 am unless by prior arrangement with the owner.
The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and take good care our home, leaving it clean on departure and respecting the enjoyment of those in neighbouring properties as well as complying with any other rules in force on the parc during the course of their stay.
The campsite will provide a cleaning service at the end of your stay if you prefer.
5.Accomodation
Is reserved for the Head of the party and guests shown on the reservation form. The Head of the party is responsible for the reservation throughout the period of stay. No other persons will be accommodated without prior permission, if a breach occurs this may result in cancellation without refund.
The home is strictly NO SMOKING. The home and contents are insured on that basis.
Smoking in the home will invalidate insurance.
6.Security Deposit
A security deposit of £100 will be payable with the final payment. This will be refunded in full provided no damage is caused to the property (fixtures or fittings) during your stay. Refund of the deposit is subject to satisfactory inspection and inventory by the management of the campsite. We seek honesty from all our guests and would not unduly retain a security deposit. All damages will be reported to the property owners or local management. Failure to report any damage may result in the loss of all or part of the deposit.
7.Complaints
We trust that you will have no cause for complaint during your stay, however, should there be any cause for concern, the campsite management will be notified immediately so that any problem may be rectified as soon as possible in order that you may enjoy your stay. No complaints will be entertained 7 days after return. We will not be responsible for any delays, loss of personal property or injury, therefore please ensure adequate insurance cover is taken out before you travel.
8.Cancellation Charges
Cancellation by the guest the following will apply:
-Up to 2 months prior to departure – Deposit only
-2 months or less to departure-100% of rental
